1. Software Development Services
1.1 No Refund Policy
- Payments made are non-refundable once a project has commenced.
- Advance, milestone, and final payments are not eligible for refunds.
- If a client terminates a project before completion, no partial refunds will be issued.
1.2 Project Cancellation
- Clients may cancel a project at any time, but payments made will not be refunded.
- Metastore Private Limited reserves the right to bill for any outstanding work completed.
1.3 Dispute Resolution
- If dissatisfied with the project progress, clients can raise concerns for resolution.
- We encourage open communication before considering termination.
2. Software as a Service (SaaS) Subscriptions
2.1 Cancellation Policy
- Users can cancel their subscription anytime via their account settings or support.
- Service access remains until the end of the current billing cycle upon cancellation.
2.2 No Refund Policy
- Payments for SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable.
- No refunds for partial use, unused subscription periods, or early cancellations.
2.3 Billing Errors & Exceptional Cases
- Users can request a refund for accidental duplicate payments or billing errors.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days.
